Adimission Guide
| Step 1 | Applicants who wish to enroll at this institution must submit necessary information on "Application for Admission" by the applicant yourself |

| Step 2 | We will review the "application for admission" submitted. |
| Step 3 | Those who satisfy the examination base of this institution will do a Japanese exam at the same time as an interview. |
| Step 4 | We send application form and related documents to those who our institute deems applicable. |
| Step 5 | Please be sure to mention the applicant himself / herself in the necessary documents for admission and mail it to this school. |
| Step 6 | Documents are strictly screened at our school. |
| Step 7 | Applicants who the Academy granted admission permission apply to the Kobe Immigration Bureau on behalf of the applicant to apply for the "Certificate of Eligibility" certificate. (Note) When fake items, counterfeit documents are appointed in application documents, they will be refused. |
| Step 8 | Kobe Immigration Bureau will conduct document review. |
| Step 9 | "Certificate of Eligibility" will be issued to those who approve the Kobe Immigration Bureau for approval after approximately 2 months and will be received by Kobe World Academy, the application agent. |
| Step 10 | The institute will immediately send a copy of the "Admission Permit" and "Certificate of Eligibility" to the applicant. |
| Step 11 | Upon receipt of a copy of the "entrance permit" and "certificate of eligibility", pay the tuition and examination fee |
| Step 12 | Upon confirmation of payment of tuition fee, we will send "entrance permit" and "certificate of eligibility". |
| Step 13 | Applicants must submit to the overseas Japanese embassies with the necessary documents such as "Admission Permit", "Certificate of Eligibility", "Passport" and other necessary documents, and receive a "Study Visa". The validity period of "Certificate of Eligibility" is within 3 months from issue date. Please note that the validity will be lost if you can not visit Japan within the valid period. |

- ● In case the visa application is denied at the Japanese consulate, we will refund the entire amount excluding the banking fee.
- ● In the case of refusal of admission due to student's own reasons, we will refund the tuition fee excluding bank fee and entrance fee 50,000 yen.
- ● Upon receipt of a copy of the Certificate of Eligibility, the supporter pays the tuition to the designated bank. If there is no remittance by a fixed deadline, you may cancel your admission.
- ● If you drop out for reasons of your own reasons, you will not be refunded any tuition fee or other expenses you receive.
